Golden Veterinary COVID-19 Response

Hello Golden Veterinary Care friends,

In light of recent events, you’re probably making a lot of changes to your normal life. Your continued pet care needs are a priority to us.

As of Monday, March 23rd, we will be offering curbside service for your pets. To provide this service, we will discuss the appointment in advance over the phone and get the details of the visit. Once you arrive, please call us and we will come out to your car and gather your pet. Dr. Golden will then do a thorough exam in the exam room with a technician. After the exam, Dr. Golden will call you with her findings and recommendations. We will then finish with decided upon care and bring your pet out to you. We will follow COVID-19 cleanliness protocols. If you would prefer to have the exam done via facetime, we can arrange that as well. We are able to complete your transaction over the phone to help eliminate unnecessary contact.

If you or your pets preference is to be present during your exam, at this point we still feel confident seeing you and your pet inside our clinic. Our staff is very small, typically three staff members at a time, we have spaced appointments out to eliminate more than one patient in the clinic at a time. We will follow COVID-19 cleanliness protocol between each patient.
